my body is my temple that i love and takecare of every single day of my life. i ask my body what it needsi have control over my own eating and own weighti have a strong urge to eat only health-giving and nutritious foods.it is not my stomach or appetite that control what i eatreally it is my own mind i can ask that deeper part of me to developnew habits for myself i seek out real healthy foodthe less that i eat the more relaxed i am the less that i eat the better i feeli eat only when i am hungry the less that i eat the more motivation andenergy i have

my healthy self wants to be energised andslimmer this healthy self already existsit feels good to feel good about myself each and every day i am accessing new patterns.each and every day now it is easier and easier to eat sensibilityas i exercise this new strength, it grows and grows.each day as i eat sensibly and healthy it becomes easier and easier to continue on ina positive way eating healthy now i ask my own body what foods it needsi quietly listen to my own body i always check in with my body firsteating healthily is always eating slowly and

carefully and chewing my bites mindfullyeating just enough for my own body and more moreas i found myself exercising and eating healthily as i listen to my body i can mentally seehow i wish to look and feel. i can mentally dress myself in the clothesi would like to wear now. feeling wonderfully well that i choose tofeel this way i see myself increasing my physically activityevery day i listen to myself breath better as i enjoymy favourite excises. it feels wonderfully good to move my bodyi picture my bathroom scales the exact amount i intend to truly weighi imagine that has already happened.

i notice how others see my new weight andresults health is an important part of the new mei choose to eat sensible healthy food i choose to breath clean healthy airwhen i think of something to eat when it is not meal time my mind reminds me of somethingbetter to do something more enjoyable to do that is easyand to feel wonderfully good and satisfied i am good company when alonei understand myself at a deeper level i enjoy seeking out activities that my bodyloves to do i love and approve myself.every day, i am feeling healthier and stronger. i am learning how to love my body.it’s safe for me to be myself.

today, i focus on the good things that areunfolding in my life. trusting my body is becoming easier and easier.healing is happening in my body and in my mind.i choose to breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress.my health is improving and so is my life. i am surrounded and protected in healing whitelight. everything i eat heals me and nourishes me.making small changes is becoming easier for me.healing happens with each baby step i take. i am choosing progress over perfection.i am guided by my intuition. i know what to eat and how to live my life.i naturally connect with other like-minded,

positive people.letting go of the past is good for me. it is safe for me to let go.i can feel that everything is beginning to change.i am feeling healthy, focused and determined. lots of new and exciting things are openingup in my life. i can heal my body. i am healing my body.my body is healing. i can do this. i am doing this. healing ishappening right now. i am guided by a higher power.i am energetic and strong. i see the best in everyone and they in me.i believe in my ability to truly love myself for who i am.i accept my body shape and acknowledge the
